Emma joined Prettys in 2012, was made Associate in 2015, Senior Associate in 2018 and promoted to Partner in April 2022. She specialises in both employment law and data protection and privacy.  Emma is an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E). Emma advises a range of public and private sector clients within a variety of sectors, including healthcare, transport and logistics, not for profit, finance and property.  As a data protection expert, Emma advises clients on a range of issues, such as legislative compliance, policy documents, subject access requests and data breaches.  Emma also regularly provides training sessions on a variety of topics.
