Meet the Team 

Emma Loveday-Hill is Head of the Data Protection & Privacy Team, and is supported by Matthew, Maria and Beth.

We stand out from other data protection teams as Emma and Matthew are both Certified Information Privacy Professionals and Emma is also an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certified Information Privacy Manager.

As a result, we have the expertise and ability to advice on all data protection related matters from both a legal and practical perspective.

We all know that compliance with data protection legislation is not always straightforward, however we work hard to make sure that we advise our clients in a way that they understand and allow them to see a clear and practical way forward. We are always trying to come up with practical real life solutions and manageable next steps.
